Documents. Organized. Verified. Governed.
Vault is an intelligent document management system with one difference: every document becomes a verifiable original, not just a file.

A document was meant to be proof
Five thousand years ago in Mesopotamia, a merchant recording a shipment pressed clay tokens into a hollow clay ball, sealed it shut, and stamped it with his mark. To read the contents you had to break the seal, and a broken seal meant the record had been touched. It was the first document built to prove it had not been altered. The word document comes from the Latin documentum: a proof, a piece of evidence.
A document was never meant to be just a file. It was meant to be proof.
Today we generate more documents than ever, and trust them less. They scatter across inboxes, drives, and platforms that can store, route, and sign them, but never prove them. Approvals leave the document. Signatures arrive as scans. Versions multiply. No one can independently verify who did what, when, or whether the copy in front of them is the original.
